By accessing or using Plop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Plop provides a hosted opportunities board platform for organizations to post and manage internships, jobs, competitions, grants, accelerators, and other opportunities.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
