By accessing or using Plop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Plop provides a hosted opportunities board platform for organizations to post and manage internships, jobs, competitions, grants, accelerators, and other opportunities.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on an annual basis and renew automatically each year until cancelled. We email a renewal reminder approximately 30 days before each renewal, and you can cancel any time before a renewal takes effect via your board's Billing page.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if Plop isn't working for your organization, you may request a full refund of your first annual subscription payment within 90 days of that payment — no questions asked. Email mike@useplop.com or reply to any Plop email; refunds go to the original payment method. The guarantee applies to your first subscription term only; renewal payments are not covered (cancel before renewal instead). Except as described above or required by law, fees are non-refundable.
We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
