We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and organization details when you create an account. We also collect post content and subscriber email addresses you manage through the platform.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, send transactional emails (account confirmations, post notifications), and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (email delivery, payment processing, hosting). We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account cancellation, we remove your data within 30 days, except where required by law for record-keeping. You may request immediate deletion at any time through your account settings.

5. Email Communications

Board subscribers can manage their email preferences or unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email. Organization admins receive transactional emails necessary for account operation.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords, HTTPS, and secure database storage. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.
